JIDHOUR collects as little personal data as a working shop can. This page explains what we hold, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping address, and the items you bought. Collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with us solely to fulfil your order.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
• Newsletter email — only if you subscribe; used only for our occasional letters. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data to anyone.
• Send marketing you didn't ask for.
• Store card details.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for the legally required accounting period, then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
