Where we ship

We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway — and the Gulf: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Elsewhere and want the oil? Write to us — we regularly arrange one-off shipments.

Cost and timing

• Larger orders ship free — over 40 € / $45 / AED 160, depending on your selected currency.
• Below that, shipping is a small flat rate: 5,90 € / $6.50 / AED 24.
• Orders leave us within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days in Europe and 3–7 business days in the Gulf.

Currency

Prices can be shown and charged in euros, US dollars, or UAE dirhams — pick your currency in the header. The price you see is exactly what Stripe charges; we never apply hidden conversion.

Packaging

Every bottle travels in a moulded protective sleeve inside a recyclable box. Dark glass protects the oil from light in transit and in your kitchen.

Photograph the box and bottle and write to [email protected] within 14 days — we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
