1. Who we are

jidhour.com sells JIDHOUR extra virgin olive oil, a product of Tunisia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; an order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or refund an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to).

3. Shipping

Shipping costs and timing are described on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns and refunds

Our 14-day replace-or-refund promise and EU distance-selling withdrawal rights are described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Product information

We describe the oil, its origin, and its harvest as accurately as we can. Natural products vary between harvests; colour and taste differences between lots are normal and not defects.

6. Intellectual property

The JIDHOUR name, the جذور mark, label artwork, photography, and the text of this site are our property and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
